Nick Richardson, P.E.

Nick has a strong history of delivering innovative, results-oriented civil engineering solutions across Central Texas. With hands-on experience in more than 40 development projects, he has contributed to a wide variety of sectors, including industrial, residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments. Nick’s involvement spans the entire project lifecycle from early due diligence to the final stages of project completion. Ensuring every development is thoughtfully designed and efficiently executed. His reliability and attention to detail ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

Nick earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Wylder Conoly, P.E.

Wylder brings a proven track record of delivering high-quality, results-driven civil engineering solutions throughout Central Texas. With experience on more than 30 development and infrastructure projects, he has led work across a range of sectors including industrial, residential, mixed-use, and retail developments. From due diligence to project close-out, Wylder is often involved at every stage to ensure projects are optimally designed and constructed. Wylder prides himself on his creative and practical approach to overcoming complex engineering challenges.

Wylder earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University at University Park and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
